By this document, in accordance with the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, I voluntarily and unconditionally consent to the processing of my personal data by LLC "VDetalyah", registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation at the following address: 197341, Saint Petersburg, municipal district of Komendantsky Aerodrome, Kolomyazhskaya Avenue, bld. 33, bld. 2, letter A, room 66-N, office 10 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
1. This consent is given for the processing of one or more of the following categories of personal data, which are not special or biometric, provided by me and may include:
• Full name (surname, first name, patronymic);
• Company name, on behalf of which I make a request;
• E-mail address;
• Phone number;
• Text of my request.
2. The Operator may perform the following actions: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, changing); extraction; use; blocking; deletion; destruction.
3. Methods of processing: both automated and non-automated means may be used.
4. Purpose of processing: to provide me with services/works, including sending notifications related to the provided services/works to me, preparing and sending responses to my requests, and sending information about Operator's events, products, services, and works to me.
5. Since the Operator may process my personal data using the "1C-Bitrix24" software, I hereby consent to the Operator to issue a corresponding instruction to LLC "1C-Bitrix24" (OGRN 5077746476209), registered at the following address: 109544, Moscow, Entuziastov Boulevard, bld. 2, fl. 13, room 8-19.
6. This consent is valid until it is revoked by sending a corresponding notification to the e-mail address info@vdetaly.ru or by sending it to the following address: 197341, Saint Petersburg, municipal district of Komendantsky Aerodrome, Kolomyazhskaya Avenue, bld. 33, bld. 2, letter A, room 66-N, office 10.
7. In the event that I revoke my consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator is entitled to continue processing my personal data without my consent if such processing is justified under the provisions of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
